EMILY KERWIN

Emily began her career in behavior analysis working in home programs which utilized B.F. Skinners analysis of verbal behavior. Dr. Kerwin started working with the Carbone Clinic in 2003 as one of the original three instructors hired when the clinic opened its doors.
During her time at the Carbone Clinic she worked as instructor, lead instructor, OutReach consultant, and most recently the organizations Chief Operating Officer where she undertook the task of establishing home-based ABA services through the Carbone Clinic in Massachusetts.
In 2011 Dr. Kerwin earned a Doctorate in Applied Behavior Analysis from Simmons College in Boston, MA. She is also a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst and is licensed to practice behavior analysis in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the State of New York.
Throughout her career Dr. Kerwin has helped author several peer reviewed journal articles, presented at regional and national conferences, and established effective programs for dozens of children, adolescents, and adults with autism and developmental disabilities.
In 2019, Dr. Kerwin was awarded the Clinical Supervisor Award in Verbal Behavior by the Verbal Behavior Special Interest Group of the Association of Behavior Analysis International. Dr. Kerwin now serves as an adjunct professor at Regis College in Weston, MA where she teaches a course in Skinner’s analysis of Verbal Behavior and serves as a thesis advisor to students pursuing their Masters’ in Applied Behavior Analysis.
GINA TIRRI

Gina began her career as a special education teacher in NYC in 1993 working with children and adults with autism and severe learning and behavioral challenges. While teaching, Gina began her career in behavior analysis in 1998 under the direction and supervision of Dr. Vincent Carbone. In 2003, Gina Tirri started working alongside Dr. Carbone and served as Assistant Director from the start of the Carbone Clinic. During her 16 years at the Carbone Clinic, Gina worked to establish clinic-based services, OutReach and clinic-based consultations.
In 2019, after working with Dr. Carbone for well over 21 years, Gina Tirri, in partnership with Dr. Emily Sweeney-Kerwin, assumed ownership of the Carbone Clinic, renamed, All Points Licensed Behavior Analysts. Given this experience, Gina is well positioned to continue Dr. Carbone’s legacy of providing high quality behavior analytic service to people with Autism and other developmental disabilities.
In 1993, Ms. Tirri received a B.S. in Special Education and later in 1995, a M.S. in Behavioral Disorders from Fordham University in New York. She received board certification in 2000 and full board certification in 2008. Ms. Tirri is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and is licensed to practice behavior analysis in the State of New York and Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
Throughout her career, Ms. Tirri has focused her work on assessing and providing behavior analytic treatment to individuals with autism and other related disorders, supervising teachers, BCBA’s and consulting with school districts. In addition, Ms. Tirri has helped co-author research articles which are published in peer reviewed journals. She is an active presenter who has presented at regional and national conferences all around the United States on various topics in Applied Behavior Analysis.
MARGARET HAGERTY

Maggie began her career in applied behavior analysis in 2004 as an instructor at the Carbone Clinic in Valley Cottage, New York, providing ABA therapy to children with autism and related disabilities. From 2006 to 2018, Maggie worked in various roles at the Carbone Clinic, from lead instructor to conducting clinic evaluations, leading workshops and trainings, and outreach consultant where she has provided consultation to public school classrooms throughout New York and New Jersey. She has worked with persons with autism from ages three to young adult in elementary school, middle school, high school and post twenty-one settings.
Maggie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from University of Maryland – College Park and Master of Education degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Arizona State University. She is a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst and New York State Licensed Behavior Analyst.
In 2019 Maggie began working as the Clinical Director of the New York office of All Points Licensed Behavior Analysts, formally the Carbone Clinic. In this capacity she is responsible for overseeing and managing the clinical and outreach services.
DANIELLE SABLICH

Danielle is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and Licensed Behavior Analysts in the State of New York. She started her career working in a day habilitation center where she received consultation and training from Gina Tirri to incorporate the principles of ABA and B.F. Skinner’s analysis of verbal behavior into the classroom. She has also worked in special education classrooms and home programs with a wide variety of students, ranging from school-aged through adulthood.
Danielle has a B.A. in Psychology from Stony Brook University and completed her M.S. in Applied Behavior Analysis and Autism from Sage College.
Danielle has been working for All Points Licensed Behavior Analysts, formerly the Carbone Clinic, as an OutReach Consultant since early 2016.
DANIELLE MURRAY

Outreach Consultant
Danielle began working in the field of applied behavior analysis with children with autism and developmental disabilities when the Carbone Clinic first opened in 2003.
Danielle graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science & Psychology from St. Thomas Aquinas College & went on to pursue her Master’s in Education while simultaneously working toward her certification as a Behavior Analyst under the supervision of Dr. Carbone & Gina Tirri. Danielle currently holds certifications for teaching for both general and special education birth through grade 6, and received her License for Behavior Analyst in 2014. While working within the clinical setting Danielle co-authored a paper titled, Increasing the Mand Repertoire of Children with Autism Through the Use of an Interrupted Chain Procedure that was later published in the Behavior Analysis in Practice Journal.
Danielle later went on to pursue additional experience outside the clinical setting working with individuals ranging from early intervention to senior citizens in a wide variety of settings. Danielle has come back as an outreach consultant working with All Points Licensed Behavior Analysts, formerly the Carbone Clinic in 2019.
ANGELA FERRARO

Outreach Consultant & Assistant Supervisor of RBT Training and Fieldwork
Angela is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and Licensed Behavior Analyst in the State of New York. She started her career working as a teaching assistant in ABA classrooms, in which the students ranged from adolescents, elementary age students, and early learners. While working in a public school, Angela received outreach consultation from The Carbone Clinic. Angela also received consultation from Maggie Hagerty, with home-based services during this time.
Angela holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Western New England University and a Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis and Autism from Sage College. Angela has been working for All Points Licensed Behavior Analysts since 2020.
HAILEY MANCUSO

Hailey began her career in ABA in 2015 during her time as an undergraduate at the University of Kansas. She completed her practicum working in a classroom with a mix of early learners with or without developmental disabilities, as well as working one on one with an early learner who had an ASD Diagnosis. She graduated with her bachelor’s in Applied Behavior Analysis and Early Intervention in 2017. Hailey went on to work in both home and clinic settings while completing her M.A. in Applied Behavior Analysis and Autism Intervention from Ball State University in 2019. She is currently in the role of BCBA.
Bridget O’Brien

Bridget graduated from SUNY Oneonta with a Bachelor of Science in Child and Family Studies and then earned her Master's in Applied Behavior Analysis with a concentration in Autism from Russell Sage College. She began her career at All Points in 2020 as a Registered Behavior Technician and has since become a Board Certified and New York State licensed Behavior Analyst. Bridget is passionate about empowering individuals with autism and their families, using evidence-based strategies to foster growth and development.
RACHEL FALCON SMART

Rachel began her career in applied behavior analysis in 2012, shortly after receiving her bachelor’s degree in psychology. During this time Rachel moved to Saint Mary’s GA and started working as a tutor for a private ABA clinic. This is where Rachel would be introduced to Skinners Analysis of Verbal Behavior, the principles of ABA, and discover the teachings of Dr. Vincent Carbone as well as video models of Dr. Emily Kerwin. The onset of working in a clinical setting and implementing procedures to teach socially significant behaviors to children, adolescents and adults with severe problem behaviors inspired Rachel to pursue a Board Certification in Applied Behavior Analysis.
In 2014, while working toward her master’s degree, she moved back to New York City to be with her family. During the summer she would work as an RBT and travel to Saint Mary’s, GA. In 2016, Rachel received her master’s degree in psychology and worked for the next 5 years as an RBT for a private ABA clinic in the Hudson Valley. Rachel provided clinic and homebased services as well as provided training for RBT’s and parents dealing with complex behaviors. During this time, she attended her dream workshops at the Carbone Clinic and was honored to be a participant for Carbone’s Summer Institute program, In 2021, Rachel earned her Board Certification in Applied Behavior Analysis and received her New York State license to practice as a behavior analyst. In 2021 Rachel began working for All Points Licensed Behavior Analysts as an BCBA intern and outreach consultant.
CHEYENNE DEPAUL

Cheyenne is a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with two years of experience in the field. Her professional journey began as a receptionist in a chiropractor’s office, where she worked for six years before deciding to shift focus to behavior analysis. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Mercy College in 2021 and went on to complete her Master’s in Applied Behavior Analysis at Russell Sage College in 2024. Cheyenne started working with children at All Points in 2022, and is currently working towards becoming a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
KATHY MORRIS
Office Manager
Kathy received her undergraduate degree in Business Administration from St. Thomas Aquinas College. Her career has led her in many directions from corporate training to conference center planning to office management. Kathy worked for the Carbone Clinic as an office assistant for 10 years and happily rejoined the staff of All Points LBA in September 2021. Kathy enjoys her crazy life and sailing with her husband, three boys, and dog, Toby.
MAUREEN MCGUINESS

Maureen began working for All Points Licensed Behavior Analysts in October 2020. Prior to joining All Points, Maureen spent her time as a stay-at-home mom to her 3 children, volunteering at their schools and enjoying their many sports and activities. Maureen’s first career brought her first to outpatient and then inpatient mental health facilities. This led to careers in pharmaceutical sales, and finally to marketing and event planning with a pharma vendor. She left that career in 2007, a year after her first child was born, and resides with her family in NY.
SYDNIE BRINKERHOFF

Clinical Supervisor
Sydnie Brinkerhoff is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and Licensed Behavior Analyst in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the State of New York. Sydnie has been working with children with autism and other developmental disabilities since 2012. She began her career working at a Child Development Center in Tennessee and later went on to receive extensive training in applied behavior analysis as a Registered Behavior Technician in centers for children with autism in Tampa, Florida and Dubai, UAE.
In 2016, Sydnie moved to Dubai to train and work alongside verbal behavior leaders at the Carbone Clinic. There, she incorporated the principles of applied behavior analysis and B.F. Skinner’s analysis of verbal behavior into teaching a variety of language, communication, and functional living skills. Sydnie has experience working with children 18-months to 21-years old and has worked in a variety of settings including clinics, homes, schools, and the community.
Sydnie earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication from the University of Memphis and her Master of Science degree in Special Education with an emphasis in applied behavior analysis from Montana State University- Billings. While in graduate school, she completed research in the areas of joint control and behavioral skills training.
Sydnie has been working for All Points Licensed Behavior Analysts as a Supervising BCBA since early 2020.
TALI RUDY ZALTZMAN

Supervisor of RBT Training & Supervising BCBA
Tali began working in the field of applied behavior analysis with individuals with autism in 2015. After graduating from Northeastern University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis, Tali pursued a Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis at Regis College. Tali graduated from Regis in May 2019 and her master’s thesis titled, An Examination of Observational Learning Using Skinner’s Analysis of Verbal Behavior won the ABAI Verbal Behavior Special Interest Group Student Research Award that same month. The manuscript was published in the Journal Behavioral Interventions in August of 2021.
Tali began working for All Points Licensed Behavior Analysts, then the Carbone Clinic, in 2017 as a Registered Behavior Technician. In the fall of 2019 Tali became a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst and Massachusetts Licensed Applied Behavior Analyst. Tali has been working as a supervising BCBA with All Points since then and also serves as the Supervisor of RBT Training.
KELLY BRENNAN

Kelly is a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst and Licensed Behavior Analyst in the commonwealth of Massachusetts. Kelly began working with children with Autism and other Developmental Disabilities in 2015 as a teaching assistant while completing her undergraduate degree in Special Education at Saint Thomas Aquinas College. She began working as a special education teacher while pursuing her master’s in applied Behavior Analysis at Hunter College. Kelly began working with All Points in the NY office as an RBT in 2020. Upon receiving her BCBA, Kelly moved to the MA office in the position of the BCBA intern.
AMANDA BEAVER

Amanda began her journey in the world of applied behavior analysis (ABA) in January of 2019 when working with adults with developmental disabilities. Amanda supported, mentored, and encouraged young and middle-aged adults with learning differences inside college classrooms and cafeteria-like dining rooms, as well as occasionally in residential facilities. In May of 2020, she earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and a Minor in Studio Art at Curry College. Pursuing her interests in ABA therapy, she quickly found herself applying and accepting a position at All Points Licensed Behavior Analysts in the summer of 2020. She received further training to become a registered behavior technician (RBT). She is currently enrolled at Damean’s University pursuing her master’s in behavioral science to become a board-certified behavior analyst (BCBA).
LIZZIE ELLIS

Lizzie has always loved working with children with physical and developmental disabilities. Before working at All Points Lizzie worked at camps for children with developmental disabilities as well as working with college students with physical disabilities. Lizzie began working at All Points during the summer of 2022. She graduated from the University of Amherst in the spring of 2023 with a B.S. in Psychology. She is excited to continue working at All Points!

Ava joined the All Points LBA team in the summer of 2022 as an intern. She always knew she wanted a career in the field of psychology, specifically one she was passionate about, that would make a difference in people’s lives. During her internship, she admired the work of the RBT’s and completed the requirements to become one in the fall of 2022. Since then, she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology with a minor in Childhood Studies, and loves each day spent at All Points!
HANNAH WHALEN

Hannah began working with All Points in the summer of 2022. Hannah shortly after became a Registered Behavior Technician. Hannah graduated from Curry College in May of 2022 with a bachelor’s in science where she majored in Public Health and minored in Psychology. Hannah found herself at All Points through a job fair at Curry and knew it was the right fit for her. Hannah is also certified in Early Education and Care. She is currently enrolled in Daemen University’s master’s in behavioral sciences and human services program, where she plans to fill the needed requirements to become a BCBA.

Annalise started her journey with All Points in the winter of 2023 as an intern. Throughout her internship, Annalise really enjoyed learning about the field of Applied Behavior Analysis. Knowing she wanted to work with children in the Psychology field, she felt as though All Points was the perfect fit for her. Annalise graduated from Bridgewater State University in May 2023 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and a minor in Childhood Studies. Upon graduating, she decided to continue her journey at All Points as an RBT and has loved every second of it!

Priscilla started her journey with All Points in November of 2023. She has always had a passion for working with children who have developmental disabilities. Prior to working at All Points, Priscilla volunteered with her Aunt who works in special education and her Father who is PT for infants and toddlers. She is currently a student at Northeastern University getting her Bachelor of Science in Behavioral Neuroscience. She is excited to continue working and learning new skills at All Points.
MIRIAM BERKELAAR

Miryam began working with All Points in the summer of 2024. She is currently studying Neuroscience at Boston College with a minor in Public Health. She is interested in enhancing the health of children through a wholistic study of the environment and its impact on wellbeing. Miryam has always been passionate about working with children and loves the unique perspective they bring to life. While working at All Points, she has enjoyed seeing the difference ABA can have and loves the relationships she has been able to build.

I joined the All Points team in the fall of 2022 as an intern through Bridgwater State University. My majors are Elementary Education and English which shows my passion for working with kids and wanting to make a difference in the lives of young students. During my internship, I enjoyed watching the RBT’s working with the kids and could not wait to get out there and work with them one on one. Since then, I passed my RBT exam in March of 2023, and I am loving every moment working in the field and at All Points!

Hailey started working for the All Points team in March of 2024 and has loved every minute of her time here. She always knew she wanted to work with kids but wasn’t sure what route to go. When the opportunity at All Points presented itself, she took it and hasn’t looked back. Hailey graduated in May from Bridgewater State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and hopes to go to grad school in the fall of 2025 to start her degree to become a future BCBA.
ANDI WARREN

Andi began working at All Points in 2021 in an administrative position and started working to be a RBT in the fall of 2022. Andi was inspired and impressed by the amazing work done at All Points and decided she wanted to shift her career to be a RBT. She has always wanted to work with children and believes this is the perfect opportunity.
Before working at All Points, Andi had a healthcare consulting career at IBM as well as worked as a personal trainer for special populations, including individuals with multiple sclerosis, stroke survivors, and individuals with cardiac diseases.
Outside of work, Andi enjoys spending time with her husband and four children. They have fun traveling, spending time outside, and playing various sports. Recently, she started coaching high school track which is another passion.
DANIELLE HALPIN

Danielle graduated from Lafayette College with a double major in Psychology and Art. After graduation, Danielle spent the following years in Boston and then New York in the Marketing Industry before getting married and having twins. Danielle enjoys watching her twins play sports, traveling with her family, skiing during the winter, hitting the beach in the summer and always cheering on our fabulous Boston Sports teams. Danielle began working with All Points Licensed Behavior Analysts, formerly the Carbone Clinic, in July 2015.
